The training was awesome. We have told a few of our colleagues about the training and the word is getting around how great it was. Very very relevant. Lot of Agents making inquiries when the next training will be held.
The instructors were excellent. Lot of knowledge and real world experience. Excellent presentation by all. Personally, my comfort level/ confidence/ and knowledge base from day one to the end of the second day sky rocketed. I attribute that to you and your instructors.
